Our Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour comprehensive yoga training is designed to meet the varied needs of both those who aspire to teach yoga to others and those who desire to live a balanced life of inner peace while they remain actively engaged in the outer world of abundance. This training will teach you how to apply the essential philosophy and foundation tools of yoga practices and is a personal empowerment journey of self-knowing where you will gain a deeper understanding of your body, mind, and soul.
Our 200 Hour PRANA Yoga Training is based on yoga tradition, Hindu philosophy and meditation. This program of personal growth is not only for those aspiring to teach, but an unparalleled opportunity for those who want to enjoy a better quality and a deeper understanding of life. This training is an integration of all aspects of yoga, and is suitable for anyone to join at any level. All we ask is that you come with an open heart and a willingness to transform your life.

Students who successfully complete the 200 Hour Training will receive a RYT 200 Hours PRANA Yoga Teachers Training Certificate that can be registered with the Yoga Alliance in order to become a registered yoga teacher.
At the completion of your training you will also receive a powerful healing deeksha (a very powerful energy transfer) from Master Sri Madhu Sai.
The 200 Hours Atma Yoga Training is a comprehensive training designed in accordance with the requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance USA. This training is open to anyone who wants to take their personal journey deeper and to realize their true inner self (Atman). There is no pre-requisite to this training, however an open mind and spirit will assist in getting the most out of the training that is possible.
Successful completion of the 200 Hour Program will allow students to register as a 200 Hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. For those wishing to further their training to become a 500 Hour RYT, this is the first step with the 300 Hour Training to be completed secondarily.
This program will run over seven weekends, with each of those weekends consisting of twenty-four hours of training: three, nine hour days running Friday through Sunday, including a one hour lunch and several breaks; making up a total of 168 hours. Students must also complete a total of 32 homework hours between trainings, for the total of 200 hours of training.
