Group thinking and meaningful conversations can help expand our horizons and improve our health and well-being. Our intention with this program, is to spark conversation and intentional thinking, and then determine specific action steps so that we can make a difference in our individual lives and in the world; immediately.

While it might seem intimidating to be so intentional about conversation, trust us - it's not. Our office is the perfect place to sit, have a cup of coffee or tea, and simply enjoy engaging in meaningful conversation with other like-minded locals. And of course, if you prefer to take a bit of a back seat and simply listen, especially at first, we encourage that too (though we will look forward to hearing your thoughts when you feel comfortable enough to share them). You will leave these conversations feeling stimulated, refreshed and excited about what you can actually do to make a difference in your life, and in the lives of others.
