Led by Michelle Merry, one of our certified and passionate yoga teachers, this Hatha yoga class will help you wherever you are at in your practice - whether you have never had one, whether you have been practicing a long time, or whether you are somewhere in between! Everybody and every body is welcome - all genders, ages, body types and people types. We love all and welcome all at this inclusive class.
What is Hatha Yoga?
"Hatha" simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha yoga is designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.
