If you have never practiced or are new to meditation and would like focused guidance to help you with your practice, our private sessions are the perfect choice. Mediation can help you tune into your body so that you can start to respond to it's needs and direction, which will in turn allow you to live a more purposeful and peaceful life.
Led by Yvette Lehman, during these private sessions you will co-meditate with Yvette and she will help you converse with your body in order to access its wisdom, through the language of sensation. We will practice one of the most effective meditative practices for refining your responses to your body, which Richard Miller calls "bodysensing" - a practice to help you feel embodied, in which your physical sesntations can inform and change both your behaviors and mind.
