Madhu Sai

Classes run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with breaks for lunch. Additional hours will be assigned

10. Will there be homework?Yes, additional hours outside of the 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM class time will be assigned as homework and practicum. These assignments will help you deepen your understanding of the material and prepare you for teaching.

11. Will I get teaching experience during the training?Yes, part of the training includes practicum sessions where you will practice teaching under the guidance of Yvette and Madhu. This will help build your confidence and teaching skills.

15. What happens after I complete the training?Upon successful completion of the training, you will receive a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance to teach yoga worldwide.
