Every single person working experiences some amount of stress or anxiety at some point in their lives. Sometimes this stress originates in our personal life and other times from our career or job. No matter the origin, stress and anxiety affects every aspect of our life. Knowing how to deal with such mental tension effectively is the key to productivity, success and happiness both at work, and at home.

At the Happyness Center, we believe that learning mindfulness activities can help us take some pro-active measures to address stress, anxiety and concentration issues. They also support, encourage and help to maintain emotional wellness and self-awareness.

Mindfulness is simply being aware in the present moment while observing one’s feelings, thoughts and bodily sensations. It is a therapeutic technique where there is no calculation, explanation, or judgement, and that helps to clear our negative or distracting thoughts. When mastered, we can pay attention to our feelings and actions in any situation to help enhance concentration and recognize our emotional needs.

Workshop Details

  • These workshops are one hour in length and can be scheduled to accomodate your business schedule.
  • You have the option of our team coming to your business location, or bringing your staff to our Happyness Center downtown.
  • Each workshop will be led by Sri Madhu Sai and our gifted staff.
  • The fee for the workshop is based on business size. Please contact us for more information.

  • learn the effects of mindfulness on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels;
