Counseling Overview
Counseling can be helpful to people who are struggling to cope with daily life for a long time or people who need support to move them through challenging moments. We provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space that allows the clients to reflect, learn, and heal themselves.
In psychotherapy, there is a paradigm shift happening from cognitive therapy to emotional therapy. Mental health depends on healthy mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual factors together with the environment. Studies on physical health, emotional well-being, happiness, wisdom, and longevity suggest that our ability to be aware of our inner world (feelings, thoughts, emotions, and memories) is crucial to our inner resilience and inner peace.
