I was lying on a bed at a doctor’s clinic after some treatment. Suddenly I felt impatient and said to myself, “I am going to stay with it”. Immediately the impatience became frustration, which turned into fear. As I stayed in my consciousness, the fear became intense. Then I thought, “Oh… I need to get away from this consciousness to experience peace”. When I tried to reach the other side of fear, nothing happened. It dawned to me that I cannot change the experience as I’ve only one consciousness.
How many of us think that we need to change our consciousness? And why do we believe we need to?

It is our mission to provide safe and accessible opportunities for this through our practitioners and our center. We thank you in advance for your support and generosity.
Important Event Notes:
- *There is an optional discussion period following the completion of the meditation. These discussion periods are an excellent opportunity to share insights gained, new emotions or thoughts gathered and to support and encourage one another.
- **Regarding the optional donation:
At the Happyness Center, we want to ensure that opportunities for mental and emotional wellness are available to and accessible by everyone in our community, which is why we continue to provide several offerings at minimal to no charge.
If you are in a position to be able to help our Center cover it's costs for continuing to provide these services, we would be grateful for any monetary donation you can provide. Please note that 100% of donations will be used to continue to provide these emotional and mental wellness services.
We thank you in advance for your generosity.
