These guided meditations take place on the last Sunday of every month, and focus on various modalities that will increase your awareness and knowledge of Self. These Soulful Sundays are guaranteed to leave you feeling more peaceful and refreshed for the month ahead.
No experience or registration is necessary. Please simply come with an open heart, as you are able.
Please note that due to COVID, participation in the live meditations is limited to 10 people. Zoom attendance is available for all those who are more comfortable attending in this way and for those not able to purchase a seat at the live event.
