Meditation

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a mental practice tool that helps train the mind to focus, redirect thoughts, and cultivate awareness. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being. Meditation is not about emptying the thoughts or achieving a specific mental state. It is about observing the mind without attachment and judgment and developing awareness and presence in the present moment.

Meditation can be practiced in various forms, including seated, walking, and
visualization meditation, among others.

Our following monthly Meditation is on Sunday, May 26, 2024, from 11 AM - 12 PM.
