Mindfulness Meditation Session
Mindfulness Meditation Session
Patience with Practice
Service Description
If you are interested in cultivating a greater sense of presence, awareness, and balance in your life or looking to improve your mental and physical well-being, including reducing stress, managing depression, improving emotional regulation, and boosting your cognitive functioning, then the Mindfulness Meditation sessions are suitable for you. In the session, we will discuss and practice how to meditate mindfully. Mindfulness Meditation is a practice that focuses on being in the present and practicing self-awareness without judgment or escaping. It involves various yoga techniques, including breathing methods, guided meditation, and other practices to relax the mind and body and release impressions and patterns that cause stress and anxiety. Mindfulness can be incorporated into your daily life while eating, listening to music, walking, watching a movie, or talking with friends. It’s about being present in the moment with your current activity.
